30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, providing you with ample time to evaluate your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

Instructions for Returns:

  • Contact Customer Support:
  • Pack the Item Securely:
    • Ensure the item is securely packed and in new condition.
  • For Customer Remorse:
    • Find the return label included within the box for cases of customer remorse.
  • Ship the Item Back:
    • Ship the item back to the provided address within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Inspection and Processing:
    •  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement.
Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to all orders. This fee is non-refundable

Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team at Support@theamarah.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including the shipping costs.

Disclaimer : We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing an order. If you mistakenly order a product, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. We will deduct the initial shipping fee from your refund.
